    Good tool list and materials, but no mention of scaffolding to reach roof.

    your risk assessment should of looked at working at height.

    Common defects would be frost attack erosion and age.

    Limitations and defects would be things like chipped, cracked tiles from poor storage or manual handling and weight of tiles against existing.
