Method
statement
We
first got our PPE on, and then we made way to the area of work and found out
that your latter plate was rusty and broken, so we got they same one to you door
and made way back and to stared work. So we unloosened the nuts and pulled it
out and then started to put new plate in but it was a bigger plate so we chisled
out about 1mm out and it fitted back nice and easy. Then put nuts back on
threaded rod and then finish any last touches and pack away (plus
clearness).
Quote
Dear customer
We have inspected letter plate in the door and found it has rusted
and the spring had broken
We
then went to go get a new latter plate form a builder’s materials shop and made
way back
Then
tock out old latter plate and fitted in the new one, but it was a bit bigger so
we had to chisel out a bit then fix back in place.
Then
tested it to see if works and then finish any last touches and pack away (plus
clearness).
